To record a greeting, access your voicemail using one the methods under Accessing Voicemail and then perform the following:

  1. From the main menu press 3 – Manage your mailbox
  2. Press 1 to change your greeting
  3. Select a greeting 1-7
  4. To review greeting press 1
  5. To re-record greeting press 2
  6. Press 9 to Save
