Scheduling a Class Meeting

  1. Open Google Chrome
  2. Go to webmail.swedishinstitute.edu
  3. Login to your school email account
  4. Click the Calendar button near the bottom left
  5. Click New Event button near the top left
  6. Add a title (Please reference instructions provided by your Dean or Department head regarding Proper Titles)
  7. Enter email addresses, contact list name or copy the email list your generated from Topschool and Paste into the Invite Attendees field
  8. Set the Date and Start and End Times accordingly
  9. Click Add Online Meeting and Select Teams Meeting
  10. Add a description or any message you want to relay to the class prior to the meeting time, this can include text, attachments (under 10MB) and images.
  11. Click Send
