Scheduling a Class Meeting
- Open Google Chrome
- Go to webmail.swedishinstitute.edu
- Login to your school email account
- Click the Calendar button near the bottom left
- Click New Event button near the top left
- Add a title (Please reference instructions provided by your Dean or Department head regarding Proper Titles)
- Enter email addresses, contact list name or copy the email list your generated from Topschool and Paste into the Invite Attendees field
- Set the Date and Start and End Times accordingly
- Click Add Online Meeting and Select Teams Meeting
- Add a description or any message you want to relay to the class prior to the meeting time, this can include text, attachments (under 10MB) and images.
- Click Send
