This is for the main Ricoh copiers located in Admissions, Faculty Lounge, 5th Floor Education Offices, and the Registrar’s Office.

When using the copiers to scan to any employee within Swedish Institute you can lookup email addresses instead of typing them on the console. To lookup an email address do the following:

  1. Tap the Search Dest… button on the screen
  2. Tap the Name button
  3. Enter the first few letters of the first name of the person you are searching for
  4. Tap the OK button
  5. Tap the Start Search button
  6. Select the person from the results
