Joining a Class Meeting

Join a Class Meeting on an iPad

1. On the iPad App
2. Open Teams
3. Login using school email
4. Tap the Calendar
5. Navigate to the scheduled class meeting and tap Join

Join a Class Meeting on a Computer

1. On a computer
2. Open web browser (Chrome is preferred)
3. Go to webmail.swedishinstitute.edu
4. Login using school email
5. Click the App Launcher (next to the Swedish Logo)
   
6. Place cursor over Teams and Click the Three dots
7. Click Open in new tab
8. If prompted to allow access to your microphone/camera click Allow
   
9. Click the Calendar on the left hand navigation
   
10. Navigate to the scheduled class meeting and click Join
    (Note: The calendar defaults to display M-F. If the class meeting you are looking for falls on a weekend select Work Week near the top right and select Week)
