Follow the instructions below to enable call forwarding to another extension:

  1. From the phone you want to forward Dial #6011 (do not pickup the handset)
  2. Enter the extension number to forward calls to
  3. Press the # (pound) key

Follow the instructions below to disable call forwarding to another extension:

  1. From the phone you want to stop forwarding Dial #6051
