Changing your Voicemail Security Code

*Note, the system will not accept the new security code if you are not fast enough when entering the new code and hitting the # (pound) key, it is recommended to know what you want to enter before performing this process.

To change your security code, access your voicemail using one the methods under Accessing Voicemail and then perform the following:

1. From the main menu press 3 – Manage your mailbox
2. Press 2 – User options
3. Press 3 – Change your security code
4. Enter your new security code followed by the # (pound) key
5. Re-enter your new security code followed by the # (pound) key
