To access your voicemail from your phone:

  1. Dial 850 or if you have a new message press the message button
  2. When prompted, enter in your security code followed by the # (pound) key

To access your voicemail from a Different Phone On-Campus:

You can access your voicemail from any phone on campus by following the directions below:

  1. Dial 850
  2. Once you hear enter your security code, press the # (pound) key
  3. Press the * (star) key
  4. Enter in your User ID/ Extension number followed by the # (pound) key
  5. Enter in your security code followed by the # (pound) key

To access your voicemail from Off-Campus:

When off campus you can still access your voicemail box using the instructions below:

  1. Call (212) 924-5900
  2. When you hear the main greeting press the * (star) key
  3. When prompted enter in your User ID/Extension number followed by the # (pound) key
  4. When prompted enter your security code followed by the # (pound) key
